employer and our participants. At the same
time, the nature of our business sometimes
requires that we collect information through
this website (the "Site") and share such
information with other organizations and/or
companies. We want you to be aware of how we
collect and handle personal information. Our
policies and procedures for collecting and
disclosing personal information that has been
collected through this Site are detailed below.
Nothing contained in this Privacy/Security
Statement is intended to modify or amend any
other written agreement, if any, that may
currently be in effect between you and IPC with

a participant relationship no longer exists.
IPC also discloses certain information to
Federal Agencies that require us to do so. These

permitted and/or required by law.
IPC uses strong
encryption technology to protect the privacy of
personal information supplied to us through the
Site. Internet browsers typically store
("cache") information from the website being
visited on the hard drive of the user’s
computer. This means that information viewed or
input during a visit to a website can usually be
viewed again by merely hitting the "BACK" button
in your browser. Some websites issue a
"no-cache" command to Internet browsers to
prevent this temporary storage. To provide
better service to you, IPC does not send this
command to browsers. To better protect your
personal information, you should periodically
clear your computer’s cache of collected
